Heat a cup of water to 190-209 degrees..
Add 1-2 tsp of tea to tea strainer.
Pour water over herbs, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove tea strainer. Sweeten to taste if desired, then enjoy! Approx 25 servings per lb.
